Brandon is a firm believer that there is always a better way to do something. A lifelong tech enthusiast, he has believed that the best way to improve experiences and processes involved digital solutions.
Lexicon is the culmination of all of his work experiences from aiding the Department of Defense in their procurement to finding better ways to improve the ordering experience for promotional products now and all indirect procurement categories in the future.
Having grown up within the lens of a Black, LGBT, and left-handed individual he has seen first hand how the world can find ways to improve itself with regard to the inclusion of everyone and wholeheartedly believes that it begins with listening and empathy.
Brandon holds two Bachelors degrees from the University of San Diego where he was a triple major in Finance, Marketing, and Communication Studies. He has also taken Principles of Economics courses at Harvard which have rise to his favorite little known fact - he was photographed studying and ran in ads for Harvard for 5 years, having never been a full-time student there.
He started his first business when he was 17. Brandon also has experience being a Fortune 500 Management Consultant and has been employee #1 at two different startups where he held the VP of Customer Success role in each position.
